You can support our upcoming auction taking place in May in many ways. Activate your network and help our team create a fun, engaging, and successful online auction that will make a difference for our community and children. Our goal this year is to raise $35,000 which can only be made possible thanks to your creative ideas and generous support!

How you can help:
1) Join our auction team to help solicit and find items.
Have fun and partner with your school auction representatives: be part of a team and help solicit exciting lots, talk to local businesses about our mission and convince them to donate! You will have fun with other volunteers and your help will make a huge difference!Â
2) Donate an Item to the Auction.
By donating an item or experience to be auctioned, you can support our fundraising efforts.Please complete the 2024 Auction Donation Form with details of your donation. Let’s be creative and create a unique catalog that will make our community excited and ready to bid:Â
One of a kind / money can’t buy experiences: Private chef for VIP dinner, motor racing circuits, fighter jet rides, meet and greet with artists, behind the scenes museum visits, or companies campus visits (Google, Meta, Pixar…) make great auction packages.
Adult escape getaways or family vacation homestays:Â Do you have a house in Tahoe, Sonoma/Wine Country, Santa Cruz, Palm Springs or Hawaii or you are connected to properties such as treehouse adventures, or Airstream glamping resorts? We would love to add weekend or week long stays to our auction.
Event tickets / box for sports, performances, symphony, ballet, concerts and festivals: Warriors, Giants, F1 Grand Prix, Indian Wells Open, Coachella, Burning Man, or Bottle Rock are all hot items!
Camps: Children’s summer arts, sciences or sports camps are always in demand.Â
Host a party for buy-in or count-me-in experiences: goat yoga class, wine tasting limousine tours, cupcakes decorating class, K1 kart racing, pickleball tournaments, and other creative social activities are fun and popular offerings!Â
Priceless: Autographed memorabilia, exclusive wines, connoisseur whisky/tequila, and other collectors items are much appreciated.
Preferred Fair Market Value: from $300 and up / Little to no-restrictions / Expiration dates in March 2025.
Examples of top items sold in the past: San Jose Earthquakes Catered Suite, Lake Tahoe Lakefront Residence, Santa Cruz Weekend, Wine tasting for 20 at Bacchus wine company, ultimate game night, lady spa day, outdoor movie night party, karaoke rock start party, and scavenger hunts.Â
