Brendon is a property manager, originally from the Philadelphia area. He and his wife Ashley have lived in four countries before moving to Burlingame in 2024 with their two children—Ryan, who is in second grade, and Emily, who is in kindergarten. Both attend Washington Elementary School. The family was drawn to Burlingame for its excellent school district and welcoming, vibrant community.

Brendon’s decision to join the Burlingame Community Education Foundation stems from his firsthand experiences as a parent. Having observed a wide range of educational programs and systems both in the U.S. and abroad, he recognized the significant developmental benefits of early music and foreign language instruction. In his children’s previous schools, both Ryan and Emily began learning instruments and languages as early as first grade. This inspired his deep commitment to expanding these enriching opportunities to all students in the Burlingame school district.

On weekends, Brendon and his wife can be found cheering on Ryan and Emily at gymnastics and baseball or exploring the West Coast and the broader Bay Area.
