Meet
Neha Saxena
Co-Washington Site Director
Neha and her husband, Saurabh, bought their first home in Burlingame in 2015. While the location aligned with career pursuits, they mostly fell for the boutique town charm, warm greetings from strangers, and the magnificent eucalyptus trees. Over time, those strangers turned into neighbors and they laid down roots knowing they had found the perfect place to raise their family.
Neha and Saurabh have two sons - Samay, 6, means "Time" is a 1st grader at Washington Elementary and Shubh, 4, means "Auspicious"—and he's a strong-willed force of nature! He'll join BSD at WES for kindergarten in 2026-27.
Neha is the founder of NoKodeAI, a Gen AI-powered image transformation platform. Her journey started as a Computer Science Engineer in Pune, India, and evolved as she grew passionate about data and AI-ML advancements, driving her to pursue Exec Ed at Stanford and ultimately start her own company.
Neha is a trained Bharatanatyam (Indian classical) dancer from childhood, dominated chess boards and cricket fields, and earned state-level recognition in calligraphy and oil painting in a past life. Today, she channels her design talent into giving items new life through repurposing. Transforming materials into fashion clothing, accessories, and home decor—ensuring everything serves multiple purposes across its lifecycle.
This approach isn't just about creativity; it's about maximizing value and minimizing waste through intentional design.
As a new family in BSD, Neha discovered BCE's mission last year, and it struck a chord. Understanding firsthand how transformative a dedicated teacher can be in a student's life, she wanted her kids to experience those same life-changing opportunities—or even better ones. Neha believe actions speak louder than words. That's why she joined the BCE board - to make sure our kids get the support they deserve.
Please be sure to say hello to Neha when you see her at Washington School or around town!
