Cynthia Lee is excited to serve as Co-Franklin Site Director and give back to the community that has always been home. A Burlingame native and Franklin Elementary alumna, she now has two children in 3rd and 5th grade at Franklin. She is passionate about supporting BCE's mission and helping ensure every Burlingame student has access to enriching educational opportunities.

By day, Cynthia recruits for Meta, where she helps build high-performing teams. In her free time, she enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her family. She is honored to support the Franklin community and the schools that have meant so much to her family.
