Volunteers Needed for BCE Dinner Dance & Auction

If you’re not attending the BCE Dinner Dance and Auction on April 16, consider volunteering at the event. We have a variety of different ways you can help out – from checking in guests when they arrive, to pouring wine, to working as a live auction spotter or runner. Plus, you can participate in the silent auction, and dance the night away once your shift is over.

As our VP of Events Fabiola Price has said, “We need an army of people, and every role is important. If you love the programs your kids have in school, that’s not by chance. The reason we have those programs is because of the donations, but it’s also because of the volunteers who make the events happen.”

Even if you are attending the event, there are still ways you can help out. We need volunteers to delivery auction catalogs in their neighborhoods a week prior to the event, and people to help with assembling centerpieces and setting up the silent auction before the event starts. These jobs are easy (and fun) ways you can contribute to making this year’s event a success, and still give you enough time to get dressed and get back to the Hyatt for prom.

Or, if you just want to help out wherever we need it, let us know. We’ll work out the details with you in advance so you’ll know what times you’re needed and what jobs need doing.
