Sohan moved to Burlingame with his family in 2015, from San Francisco. He is originally from the Midwest and moved to the Bay Area for better weather and for the culture. Sohan currently works at Bank of America, in the Investment Banking Group.

Dad to two daughters ages eight and 11, Sohan told us, "Our daughters are involved in many sports in Burlingame including soccer, gymnastics, and diving. We have loved living in the Burlingame community for the past decade and envision being here for many years to come." Sohan's oldest daughter is a sixth grader at BIS. The family also has one beloved dog.

Sohan decided to join the Foundation's Board because of the work that BCE does to provide much needed support for the Burlingame schools. "I have been aware of the funding challenges of the Burlingame schools, and felt the need to do my part to support our children's education," he said.

In Sohan's spare time, he enjoys hiking, camping, entertaining, and playing tennis. "We love to travel as a family, and I have visited over 35 countries so far!" he shared. On the weekends, you can often find him whipping up fun cocktails and hosting family and friends at home.
