Re: State Budget and Proposed Education Cuts

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is still trying to cut funding for public schools and we must to continue to speak up! His budget proposal would mean $600,000 to $1 million in cuts to schools in our district.

Please let him know that this is unacceptable.

Below is a link to a letter to send to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Senator Leland Yee, Ph.D., and Assemblymember Gene Mullin. Please take 5 minutes to add name/address to this letter, print out 3 copies, sign it and mail copies to our elected officials listed on the letter. (NOTE: Please do this for each adult member of your household.) We are all busy, but it is worth five minutes to send the letters and try save our schools from devastating cuts.
