We’re going digital with this year’s Dinner Dance and Auction program, and it’s ready for your perusing pleasure.  Check out all of the super cool silent and live auction items and start planning your bidding.

This year, bidding will begin at 2pm on the day of the event, April 22nd (ending at 9pm). Like last year, all bidding will be done via your mobile phone. For quick tips on mobile bidding, please click here and make sure to have your phones charged and ready to go at 2pm on April 22nd!  See you then!

Dinner Dance details:

What:

A cool, upscale evening where fire and ice collide to create a sizzling atmosphere with dinner, drinks and dancing to the super cool tunes of dance band, Pop Fiction!  Dressed to impress, mingle with fellow parents and bid on red hot items in the silent and live auctions at BCE’s biggest fundraising event of the year!

When:  Saturday, April 22, 2017, 6:00pm to Midnight

  • 6:00 p.m. Cocktails and Silent Auction
  • 7:30 p.m. Dinner, Live Auction, and Golden Paddle
  • 9:30 p.m. Band Pop Fiction and Dancing

Where:  Grand Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, 1333 Old Bayshore Highway, Burlingame

Dress:  Semi-formal attire

Want to sit with your friends or fellow school parents?  No problem!  When buying your tickets, be sure to fill in your school name/grade level or friends’ names, so our seating committee can make best efforts to accommodate everyone! You can also email seating@bcefoundation.org to make requests.

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS!

The BCE Dinner Dance and Auction planning committee is looking for volunteers leading up to, during and after the event.  This is a great chance to collaborate with fellow parents and members of the community to help support Burlingame School District.  There are many ways to help, including decoration and auction set-up, registration, wine game, etc.  Sign up and see a full list of volunteer opportunities online here.
